Ottawa’s local governance remains under the authority of the officially registered board for the local entity. The minisite distinguishes local responsibilities, operational coordination, and documented relationships with the CCRCC™ network.
Authority comes from governing instruments, bylaws, and applicable resolutions. A webpage, organizational chart, or public profile does not create a mandate and never replaces the official register or a duly adopted decision.
The board provides oversight and makes the decisions assigned to it. Management carries out approved priorities, while program leads work within defined mandates and documented lines of responsibility.
Public records are dated, identified, and kept separate from internal files. Personal information collected for compliance, governance, or human resources purposes is not reproduced on the minisite.
